Viggo's message from perceval press

As the dust has by now nearly settled on the release of "Eastern Promises" in theatres and on DVD around the world, I take this opportunity to wish the good and honest law enforcement professionals in Russia and in all other countries continued courage and luck. We need you now more than ever in our troubled times. It is to those all too few noble individuals that I dedicated my impersonation of 'Nikolai Luzhin'. Thank you for your brave efforts to serve truth, compassion, and justice. V.M.

He actually posted it a while back, but I just now reposted it as I've been behind in updating this blog. My apologies! I know there is no coverage of his oscar news on this site either. I've been religiously following his news but just have not been updating the blog due to illness or laziness or blogger's apathy.

But, of course, my love and devotion to this unique man with the admirable vision, impeccable integrity (artistic and humanistic) and a big heart, not only stay strong and true, but also continue to grow every day.

Love thy Viggo.
